Personal trainer Lauren “LBoogie” Goldberg and Chin Achebe, kicked NYCPRETTY’s butt (to put it nicely) at her “pop-up” bootcamp! I love a tough workout and that’s just what I got! We mixed it up with cardio, plyometrics, lifting, and workout moves that used my own body weight as resistance for a power-packed class. I would totally do it again, once my abs stop CRYING!

Love these pop-up boot camps! Lboogie and Chin are a great combo and make the workouts challenging, creative and fun. I’m trying to get my Philadelphia friends to come up with me next time!!
