As you all probably know by now, I’m a bit of a color junkie. But when I saw this flirty little dress with its dazzling halter neckline, I just couldn’t resist! It’s the perfect party dress, yet it can totally be toned down with lace-up booties like these and a biker bomber like this one!! Oh, and did I mention how super comfy it is? Major score!
