Chilly weather hit NYC this week, so out came the track jacket and neon capri’s! It’s not like it’s a complete freeze, just some cooler-than-norm temps for June. No excuse to not work up a sweat, though, right?!? Besides, a brisk run does a body good, especially when I have to work a little harder by doing lunges in-between to get the blood flowin’! Keep motivated lovelies!!!
