Nothin’ like a brisk run in the fresh mountain air! I snuck away to the country this past weekend for some family fun, and I didn’t forget to pack my bouncy new kicks. It’s always a good idea to throw an extra pair of sneakers in your bag when traveling, ya never know when you can fit a quick workout in. And it’s a great way to explore a new city or town too!
