Hey lovelies! A run alongside the ocean is always a great motivator to get outdoors and burn unwanted calories. I try to mix up my routine as much as possible by running on different surfaces like the boardwalk, sand, pavement, and dirt roads. It’s a great way to strengthen those leg muscles and keep your workouts fresh and fun. Happy trails!
