Happy Halloween! Well, this is one way to get my workout in today! It feels great to finally get back outside after the storm for some fresh air and much-needed exercise. Can’t believe I can still do a toe-touch (sort of)! 

On a more serious note, I hope everyone is getting power back and staying safe.
