OMG!!! I have a new favorite workout to share with you! It’s the Bari Method and it kicks butt. The Soho pop-up location in NYC invited me to test out a class last night, and boy did I get a sweat-sesh! It’s a total-body, hardcore routine that was passionate, engaging and most importantly—FUN!!! My awesome instructor, Michelle, kept the class energized and motivated with crazy cardio steps, core strengtheners, trampoline tricks and a challenging series of moves using hanging resistance bands and weights. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in, but I’m totally hooked. I’ll def be back very soon in order to get a #BariBody by summer!
