Happy Workout Wednesday, Sporties! There’s still plenty of snow on the mountains right now, so get out there and get some runs in before it all melts away! I wanted share some more fun pics from my trip to Stowe Mountain Resort last month to get you in the mood. And, to amp up my workout after carving up the mountain, I added some crunches and cartwheels into the mix for more fitness fun! Remember, you can always do ab-work when you’re stuck indoors no matter where you are, so keep that in mind the next time you can’t motivate outdoors! Happy sweat-sesh!
