Hey, Sporties! It may be Fashion Week in NYC but that doesn’t mean I can skip a workout, especially on #WorkoutWednesday! So, I took to the tents in my bold bright gear—athleisure style! With so many fitness brands catching on to the “fit-fashion” trend and designing cool styles that are functional and fashionable, there’s actually no excuse to leave your gym bag at home. Athleta actually had a fashion show this year to kick-off the week with real athletes and trainers sportin’ some new trends in fitness gear for Spring 2015!

I always love mixing my favorite go-to staples like this AE denim vest with stretchy soft leggings and printed workout pieces. And, it was such a relief to swap-out my stilettos for sneakers with these sassy silver kicks that took me from gym-to-street, no sweat!

So, I say go-for-it and rock your sporty style all day long! It’s totally on trend right now! I’ve been doing it for years, but now even people who don’t workout are playing the fitness game 🙂
