 Brrrrr! I am already sooo over these frigid temps. Somehow I thought if I put on this playful maxi and cloaked myself in color, I could wish the cold away—NOT!  But I do love this dress. The best part about the vibrant striped stunner? It works double duty! Layer it with knits and boots for winter, then show off those sexy arms for summer and pair it with strappy sandals. I’m more of a summer girl myself, but we still have about 5 more months (Yes, I’m counting). So, until I can feel my toes again, I’ll be shopping for toasty clothes while dreaming of sand and surf…
