This is turning out to be a very “fit- fab” week! I just met with personal trainer Jessica “JESSI” Kneeland at Peak Performance in NYC  for a power-packed one-on-one sesh! She used cutting-edge techniques to work every muscle in my body—literally! Some of my faves were “Jacob’s Ladder” the “Battle Ropes” and the “Prowler Push”, they totally kicked my butt! I asked for a physical challenge and that’s just what I got! Now I just need an ice pack and some Advil!
