I’m actually a part of self.com and often visit the Drop 10 website. I’ve struggled with weight for a while, especially since I’m very short and petite, so I’m always trying, but I usually just try and lower my carb intake while upping my vegetable intake, drinking a lot of water, and exercising as much as possible. I’ve finally found a health buddy in a new friend, so that will help a lot!

I’m doing self magazine’s drop10 workout too!! Week 3 of HIIT!
I am getting bikini ready by loosing all my fat. I’ve started in February and dropped 28 pounds. I do lifting, running ,cossfittng, training and PX90 I work out 6 days a week and i am cautious about what i eat, and really eat in portions. I am very healthy and feeling great! I also use myfitnesspal to help with my eating and my calorie intake. I’ve felt great!! And done great!
I keep on coming back to your blog to keep me inspired! It make me happy to know that after 4 months already I still workout at least 4 times a week, even if it’s for 25mins on the bike! For summer, I have been doing more strength training than cardio. And it’s working. Doing more weights, I actually lost weight, and toned my body than doing cardio alone, and Im not bulky at all. That with balanced meals, I am almost ready for summer.
To get ready for bikini season I have been hitting the gym 3 times a week and has been eating healthier. No fast food or cokes. And its really working out!
I’ve been doing yoga for almost 2 years now, I’m already bikini ready!
Bought my own Pilates reformer so I can get an extra work out besides the belly dance, step and reformer classes.
I am hitting the gym 7 days a wwek and changing my diet, can’t wait for the sunshine to come in full blast! Bikini here I come!!

I am getting bikini ready this spring in a bunch of different ways!! I just joined an amazing gym and have been working out there 4 times a week. My boyfriend and i have even made a little competion between the teo of us to keep us focused and motivated!! I also take cardio kickboxing and try to sneak some yoga in whenever possible to relax and improve flexibility and all over well being. Next week I am starting a cleanse which I’m super excited about and have really been trying to focus on eating healthier taking more vitamins. One of my absolute favorite product lines right now is mama mio they have all kinds of different moisturizers and toners that help put nutrients vitamins and moisture into my skin from the outside it has completely transformed my skin! I Love love love the bag and workout gear!! Victoria secret is by far one of my favorite stores I can never get enough. 🙂 what an awesome give away goodluck to all you laidies!! I do pilates for 20 minutes, switch to a 20 minute yoga session, & do 15 minutes of workouts with my medicine ball three days a week. Two additional days of the week I run or bike for 30 minutes. I also cut out soda and an eating lots of fruit and high protein and fiber foods. Beach body here I come!!

I am halfway through a strict six-week running plan, and by next month I’ll be able to run for 30 minutes straight! The 4 day/week plan so far contains running and walking intervals, and is incredible for burning fat, creating a sexy lean look. Plus, after every workout, I alternate between different strength training routines, from abs to arms to butt and legs. In terms of eating right, I only use whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts (I love almonds!) and healthy oils (olive oil!) in my meals, making sure to drink lots of water as well. When summer finally rolls around, I’ll be toned, fit, and fab!
Yes water is super important in your diet along with all those veggies! Keep at it!
Bikini season starts early where I live so I have a trainer 3 early mornings a week and yoga twice a week!

Even though I sell body I don’t use them, except for the facial ones to help purify my skin. However, I joined a gym and work out 3-4 times a week, moisturize my skin daily, changed my eating habits, no more fast food, fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, no fried foods, no sweets, I substitute my sweet cravings with fresh fruit smoothies. Also, I take my daily vitamins, and my new you vitamins that I sell. I have begun taking better care of myself this past 2 months to not only lead myself to a better lifestyle, but show my kids that eating healthy is good for you and it’s fun when they can get involved in helping make dinner and snacks! Love seeing their eyes light up when they love eating what they helped create!
I am dying to get that sports bra and gym bag! I have been preparing for bikini season by doing spinning and kickboxing classes at least three days a week.

Well I try to be bikini ready all year round, but let’s face it I’m only human 🙂 So to become really bikini ready I try to prepare healthy snacks and meal options days in advance so I won’t be as tempted to cheat. Also, I try to keep a consistent workout schedule in order to stay on track and I weigh myself often so that I can see my progress and be more motivated to keep it up. One of the most important things I do is STAY BUSY! Down time at home with my laptop is a death sentence for me to just eat and become a nonmotivated couch potato. An always crucial move is I drink, drink, drink lots of water!! And I regularly go to victoriassecret.com and look at their pictures to help keep me motivated 🙂

Making fitness and health part of your life will get you the ultimate sizzling summer bod. I watch my portions and eat a high variety of nutritious food. It’s all about the diet; the workout is just the cherry on top!
To prepare for summer, I’m eating completely clean. Fruits and vegetables are incorporated in every meal. Simple carbs from refined white breads/pastas/rice/etc have been eliminated. Coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. Of course, no “diet”(I prefer lifestyle change) will suffice without exercise. Finding every opportunity to work out is key. I even do calf raises under my desk.

I am getting bikini ready by doing cardiorespiratory exercise 3 times a week, weights twice a week and I have been eating A LOT healthier than I was last year and around the recommended caloric intake. I have almost completely taken out all of the bad foods in my life and added more green leaves, protein, all that good stuff into my diet. I’ve started in January and I’ve lost about 4-5 lbs! Of course, I’ve been gaining from the muscle. Totally lovin’ the results I am seeing. ; )

I am getting in shape for this summer by mixing up my workouts! I am obsessed with Zumba, but I also do classes such as: Group Kick, Butts and Gutts, and Xtreme Total Body. And when I can’t make it to the gym after work, I enjoy bike rides, running, and simple at-home workouts!

I’m working incredibly hard to look good for the summer, since I work at a summer camp. I am thin already but I love getting my body in a nice tone shape. I work out my butt, legs, abs and arms when I go to the gym. I try to go three times a week and if its nice out I go for a run after my work outs. Now eating, its hard to eat healthy when you are away at school but I try to have a salad or veggies in every meal. I also started going tanning to have a head start on my tan. Its going to be heard this summer to keep my tan since ill be working and probably no beach time. I want to get my sister to join me on this fun work out because her wedding is next summer and as her maid of honor I want her to look sexy in her dress. I know this is will be a challenge for me and her. I wonder if she will be able to keep up with my work outs. I know if I keep this going ill be good not just for the summer but all year too. I’ve been trying to get bikini ready for a while! I’m away at school so eating healthy is hard but I try to go with as many healthy options as possible: hitting the fruit and salad bar instead of the snack and fried food areas! I also swim 500 yards at the pool 3-4 times a week and I go to the gym 5 days a week to work on cardio, legs & abs! I also try to do zumba every so often to have some fun 🙂

I have been doing the LiveFit Trainer by Jamie Eason and Bodybuilding.com to get bikini ready and I am currently in Phase 2. I have been eating clean, cutting sugar and hitting the gym 4-6 days a week. I have increased my metabolism by eating every three hours which usually consists of 5-6 meals a day. I have been self tanning to get the sunkissed glow I long for without killing my skin! I find my motivation through blogs and pages likes this one! I love the site! I stumbled upon it trough pinterest by the way 😉 My goal is to live fit, eat clean, and love myself!

I am working on coming up with the most appropriate plan for getting bikini ready. So far, looking into meal plans and coming up with an exercise routine I won’t get bored with. Trying to incorporate a lot of dancing! 🙂
I love everything Victoria Secert! To get ready for this summer I am continuing my routine of doing CrossFit 5 days a week! It is a great workout and has got me really toned and in great shape! Soon I will be adding distance running with the CrossFit workouts as well to help give me a leaner bikini/summer look! I’ve been doing CrossFit for over a year now and I have never felt better about myself!

Slowly getting in the Process for swim wear. Husband just got back from his deployment. So i have been lacking on going to the Gym. But yesterday got some work out clothes and it really motivated me 🙂

Getting bikini ready in Florida is kind of tough since it puts major pressure on you to get fit, toned and sunkissed! I’ve started yoga and want to start pilates and have cut back on my sweets. Although I already am an organic, healthy eater I need to watch my intake as well and drink tons of water. Then from there everything should fall into place!
It’d be incredible to win these products since I am obsessed with VS and have been dying to try their bronzer, lip scrub. Plus it’d be awesome to win some neat work out gear so I look good while working out 😉 hehe

Oh I love that bag!! I’m getting bikini ready by running outside 5 days a week! Now that the weather is nice, I love running outdoors!! Bikram yoga is also in my plans!!

Love Love Love the bag!!!!!! I’ve been getting bikini ready by working out 6 days/week, including yoga, kickboxing and 6-pack ab attack. Lost 21 lbs since January! 19 more to go….

I am already in the process of preparing to be bikini ready (It’s my first summer in Portugal)! I have begun completing HIIT workouts at three times a week and in between I do intesense cardio and stretching. I love useing Turbo Fire to get amped up!
