Is everyone ready for a little red, white and blue? I know I am! But even though I’m on vacation, I still try to work in a sweat-sesh once a day. There are so many exciting outdoor activities to try, it’s hard not to have fun in the process. Running, biking, surfing, volleyball, tennis, you name it, I’ve tried it.
