It’s game time, Lovelies! So let’s get our swing on and play some ball! The temps in NYC over the last few days couldn’t be more perfect to hit the courts and burn some calories. Tennis is great for targeting your core, arms and leg muscles, and depending on your height and weight, you can burn up to 500 calories after playing for just one hour! Not bad for such a fun outdoorsy sport, huh? What’s your favorite summertime sweat-sesh?
