Athletes Wanted!

What up, Sporties?! Lots to share this #WorkoutWednesday! First, if you haven’t checked it out already, you should jog on over to the new Flatiron Athleta store in NYC. I had the honor of hosting their big grand opening last week with a few other blogettes. We checked out their fab new fitness gear, as local trainers and fitness gurus struck a pose on the calorie-crunching catwalk. Next up was a challenging day with Athleta and Well+Good NYC! (More pics below!)

 I had a blast burning calories during our NYC Biathlon which consisted of back-to-back cardio classes in my new neon Athleta gear. First, we worked up a sweat at Barry’s Bootcamp by getting our heart rate up, alternating sprints on the treadmill with weight circuits. THEN, we were off to Flywheel where we spun our little buns off for another 45 minutes to base-pumping tunes. I’m still feeling the effects of all the positive endorphins from our fit-filled day!
