NYC is buzzing with electric energy especially this time of year with sparkly holiday lights and so many new faces. This week, I’m super psyched to have one of my fave adventurous  yogis, Caitlin, from GypsetGoddess, visiting the Big Apple again. We met up in Times Square with another cutie, Talia, from Talia Sutra, for a little festive fitness fun. Talia is a local NYC-based yoga teacher and such a powerful, positive person all around.

I still think it’s so crazy-cool that you can meet people from all over the world, and some right in your own city, that you would have never crossed paths with if it weren’t for social media. I only knew these fab faces from their amazing pictures on Instagram, until we all met up here in the heart of NYC!

When it was time to play with these two bendy beauties, they happily passed on tons of tips that will help strengthen my understanding of the practice. I’m so happy I can now call these girls my (flexy) friends and can’t wait to see what kind of crazy creative collabs we all come up with this year! Here’s to an amazing 2015!
