The dead of winter isn’t the easiest time to kick into action and start that new fitness plan, but don’t let the frigid temps get you down. I promise, the second you layer up and move your feet, you’ll get your blood flowing and heart pumping to bring out those positive endorphins. Gyms and studios are great and all, but there’s something beautiful about stepping outside in the brisk fresh air to make fit happen.
Below is a simple sweat-sesh from Bryant Park bootcamp routine the other night.
-Walking Lunges (3 sets of 5)
-Plank Pushups (3 sets of 5)
-High Knee Jumps (3 sets of 20)
-Jumping Jacks (30)
-Crunches (50)
-Park Bench Presses (3 sets 10)
-Arm Dips (3 sets of 10)
-Take a breather, walk for a minute or two, stretch out your limbs and repeat as many times as you feel motivated to!
Get Fit, Girls!
