More from my tropical adventures in Costa RIca! I love an exciting excursion and there were lots of them in Dominical last month with Samana Health Retreats. My outfit challenges were everything from outdoor yoga to standup-paddle boarding to surf-town shopping, so, I made sure to pack my most versatile pieces, like these from Beach House Sport. It was a cinch to go from swimming to sweating to street with their moisture wicking technology and breathe-easy mesh fabrics. They dried in a flash and felt great on my skin even in sweltering heat. And, they have the most discreet pockets to hide your essentials when on-the-go. I was actually able to wear some of the same pieces that I wore in the pool later that same day mixed with cute tanks and ruched skirts for shopping and sightseeing.
