Call of the Wild

Here’s to a healthy and fit weekend, girls. Wanted to share some cool colorful gear that I brought along to Costa Rica last month. These pieces took me from yoga and hiking by day, to sunset dinners at night. If you’re dressed to stay active all day long you have NO excuse to skip a workout, right? And besides, these pieces are so super soft and stretchy that even on days when I skip a sweat-sesh, I find myself wanting to wear my fun fitness gear anyway.

And, as for my quick fit tip for the weekend, just remember that every step counts. So, if you only have 15 minutes to spare, try a brisk walk or play with a mix of core and muscle strengthening poses like plank, side plank, squats, pushups and burpees to get your heart rate up. And don’t forget to breathe! Here’s to staying fit for summer!
