Running Remix

Block out the noise and get in tune with your body. A run always helps me check-out and disconnect from everyday chaos to let my mind and body sync-up, to shape-up—no fancy equipment necessary. Just me, the pavement, and a little fresh-air fitness. Sometimes a new pair of running shoes or a funky pair of leggings can do the trick and get me going that extra mile. Let’s face it, if you look good, you’ll feel good, right? And that means making healthy food and drink choices too, in order to keep calorie counts down and to stay energized along the way.
