Time to tone-up for the weekend! I’m heading to Cayman Brac with Wild Wellness Travel to kick off our first of many health and wellness trips this year (sign up deets coming soon). I’ve been trying out these bright awesome wrist weights from Tone-y-Bands on Kickstarter to keep me tough and toned, no matter where I go. I’ve worn them to crunch extra calories while running, doing yoga, or just walking around the city for a little extra workout. They’re super comfy and easy to pack and bring along with me on my travels so I never have to worry about missing a workout—no gym necessary! There’s only 8 days left to get them so get moving!
