Dry cold temps can really take a toll on our skin. So when seasons change and temps start to dip, I look for new products to add to my beauty routine that have hydrating ingredients and lots of vitamins to keep my skin as nourished as possible. So, I’ve teamed up with Shiseido to test out their Ibuki line that helps combat rough, dry winter skin. The name (IBUKI) alone is promising, meaning “inner strength” in Japanese, so I was inspired to get started strengthening my skin for a new season.
Dewy glowing skin isn’t always the easiest to achieve during cooler months, but I’m pleasantly surprised with the results so far from the Ibuki Quick Fix Mist, that’s refreshing and smoothing for my face! I can spritz this little power potion anytime, anywhere, to help set my makeup, moisturize my skin and build an overall resistance to harsh elements and stressors. I also love to keep it next to my bed at night to spritz on my skin when my face feels tight and dehydrated from the powerful NYC steam heat in our apartment! UGH!
But, before hitting the pillow, another secret weapon I’m loving is the Ibuki Beauty Sleeping Mask to help keep my skin looking radiant and well-rested no matter how few ZZZ’s I catch! It’s a gel-based mask that I can leave on while I sleep that’s packed with vitamins and powerful ingredients to enhance, plump and brighten my skin for morning!

I love Shiseido and the Ibuki line is awesome!
I had a really difficult time with my skin last year, and I actually used the Ibuki collection, and it really saved my skin. Sephora has a fantastic little starter set with a variety of products so that people can make sure it is a good fit for their skin! Highly recommended, and I may have to go pick up some of the products for this winter again!
