Spiced Butternut Squash Smoothie
4 oz butternut squash
3 oz mango – chopped
1 orange – peeled
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 cup water
1 cup ice

I would have never thought of doing butternut squash in a smoothie. Great idea! Sounds like a recipe I want to try 🙂
