It’s Workout Wednesday! Who’s ready for a little motivation to move?! Well, I’ve got some fun fitness news for you! As you might have read in my #LetsGetUgly post earlier this summer, I’ve teamed up with Propel Water this year, not only to share their yummy new “fitness water” flavors, but to also participate in their Co:Labs Summer Series. We’re talkin’ multi-day workouts to get sweaty and strong, and unite local and national fitness communities to motivate and push their fitness limits for an action-packed event! I can’t wait to crunch some calories again with our fit-fam in The Big Apple.
I’ll be joining the team in NYC where Propel will offer free classes taught by some of my fave New York fitness instructors from the hottest studios and gyms like; NW Method, Yoga For Bad People, Tone House and Model Fit. And, to keep our energy levels high all day long, each workout will have a local DJ rockin’ tunes for an amped-up music experience. Talk about a fit-fueled event!

And of course, during all the sweating and butt-busting workouts, we’ll be refueling and replenishing our bods with Propel electrolytes, vitamin B, antioxidants and ZERO calories!
Lastly, stay tuned for more fit fun later this summer where The Propel Co:Labs Coast-To-Coast Tour will culminate with a two-day fitness festival in Los Angeles.
