Hey, Sporties! Hope you can join us for a fun fitness event next week! I’m teaming up with Fit & Fly Girl this year and to kick off the festivities we’d love to invite you to join in for a pop-up fitness event in NYC at Bandier’s Studio B on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at 6:30 pm. The event will kick off with a 60-minute fitness class followed by a reception on Bandier’s mezzanine level co-hosted by Fit & Fly Girl’s Co-Founder, Rebecca, and ME!
Two of my fave Fit & Fly Girl’s fitness instructors, Amanda Kloots and Hannah Davis, will be teaching the 60-minute fitness class. Amanda is a former Radio City Rockette, Broadway dancer, and head trainer at Body by Simone. She is a celebrity fitness trainer and private class instructor at Studio B where she teaches her signature classes, The Rope and The Dance. Hannah is a celebrity fitness trainer and the owner of Body by Hannah personal training studio. She has served as the fitness expert on the advisory board for Cosmopolitan magazine and has had featured workouts in Women’s Health, Cosmopolitan, and SELF magazines.
The class will be divided into two 30-minute segments. The first segment will be taught by Amanda and will feature her signature class, The Dance. The second segment will be taught by Hannah and will feature her signature class, Body.Blast and Balance.
After class, there will be a reception where guests can checkout lots of fun goodies from amazing wellness brands, including organic meal delivery program Sakara Life, yummy sips from Pressed Juicery and natural beauty treats from Farmacy Beauty!
Fit & Fly Girl’s Co-Founder, Rebecca Garland, and one of the retreat hosts, Kathryn Stella, will be present at the event to answer questions about Fit & Fly Girl and upcoming retreats for 2017 and 2018. All ticket holders will receive 10% off a future booking for a Fit & Fly Girl retreat.
