Spring is in full swing! So last week I was invited to the Kohl’s Spring Refresh and Replenish wellness workout event for editors and influencers to put some cool new fitness gear to the test! Kicking off the morning with a workout led by fitness instructor and Kohl’s ambassador, Alicia Archer, there was positive energy and good vibes all around. We moved through a 45-minute flexibility sequence that was a perfect way to start the day. I’m a runner so I tend to have super tight hips and leg muscles, so having a chance to connect with Alicia and get important tips to balance out all the running that I do was key for me. Plus it was a great way to kick-off a busy work week!
