Spring Snow Style

It’s time for some outdoor spring sweat-seshes, but the weather is just NOT having it! That’s not gonna stop me! I’m super psyched to start testing out some new eco-friendly fitness pieces and swimsuits from Lolë. So I decided to ignore the elements and rock my gear anyway! That said, I layered up and put on my fresh spring hues to help brighten up the snowy streets—and they did not disappoint!

I love it when I can find gear that goes perf with my high-energy lifestyle and bright vibe, while being functional and fashionable. So these new arrivals are right up my alley! These vibrant high-waisted leggings and sports bra, (moisture-wicking and quick drying tooare extra soft and stretchy, making them easy to move in while looking super stylish and colorful, which I love. And, a vest is a great transitional piece to have on hand in-between seasons for an extra layer if temps drop. This one is lightweight, but will keep me warm on chilly spring days when I need to warm up for a run or on my way to the gym. It comes with a packable pouch too so it folds up super small and fits in any bag, perfect for all my travels!

I’ll be able to put my bikini to the test better later this month when I travel to Palm Springs, but it looked cute anyway against the snow-covered sidewalks, don’t ya think? And the ECONLY® yarn fabric, has UPF 50+, is chlorine resistant, sunscreen resistant, and made from plastic and fabric scraps, so it’s a great way to recycle and reuse in a positive way!

Here’s a fun indoor sweat sequence I like to do, when I just can’t brave the cold!

SNOWDAY WORKOUT:

50 seconds on, 20 second break, then go right to the next exercise!
Repeat 1-3 x’s!

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Pushups
  • Plank
  • Side Plank
  • Opposite Shoulder Taps in Plank
  • Jump Squats or Squats
  • Burpees
  • Downward Dog to Plank
  • Crunches
