Welcome to The World’s Only Mindful Triathlon! I had the awesome opportunity to participate in Wanderlust 108 last month with the BODYARMOR team. It was an active day filled with good vibes and positive energy bringing a great group of men and women together in a fun and supportive way. It was the perfect mix of a few of my fave ways to be healthy and active featuring three mindful activities—running, yoga, and meditation!
With the main events including a 5K run, a 30-minute meditation session to clear your mind, relax your body, and an hour of yoga, it was a jam-packed day of unwinding in support of Wanderlust’s mission to help people find their true north and cultivate their best selves.
And of course, when it was time to Hydrate, we did it the right way! With BODYARMOR LYTE, super refreshing, with the perfect mix of flavor to quench my thirst! As you guys have prob seen on the blog and on insta, I teamed up with the BODYARMOR gang over the summer to test out their new BODYARMOR LYTE, (made with coconut water!) and non-flavored BODYARMOR SPORTWATER (with electrolytes and pH 8+), for extra hydration.
And anytime I can get my hands on a product that’s gluten-free AND contains vitamins, coconut water, potassium-packed electrolytes, and NO artificial colors or flavors, I’m game! From yoga to running, it was the perfect drink to keep us refueled, and FAST all day long! I plan on bringing this yummy drink into my fall and winter sport seshes too to keep the hydration and good-for-you energy up all year long!
