A little pleat play to brighten your day! The sun is shining and so should YOU! So get out, and (safely) soak up some rays! These days a burst of fresh air and some vitamin D can do wonders for our mood! The positive effects of nature and taking your tasks outside are endless. Switch those virtual meetings and zoom calls to a new location while the weather is still warm.

And, you can totally get creative with your workouts too! Think biking, hiking, standup paddle boarding, running and HIIT moves on the sand or in the park to get out of the house and get creative while you sweat! 

As for style tips, I wore this bright bold maxi during NYC Fashion Week but it can take me straight through summer and into cooler months ahead, layered with tights and boots to keep warm. Hope you all have a fab-fun week! Be bright, Lovelies!
